Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information anandpathak.com(“the site”, “I”) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The site is my personal professional page; it does not connect to your advertising or analytics accounts. The tools I've built each have their own separate privacy policy — see “The tools” below.

What I collect

The only information this site collects is what you choose to send me:

• Contact form— the name, email, company, the option you pick under “What do you need?”, and the message you submit.
• Basic technical data — standard server and analytics information (such as page views and general location) that helps me understand how the site is used. This is aggregate and not used to identify you personally.

How I use it

I use the details you submit through the contact form only to reply to you and to discuss working together. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (a privacy-friendly anti-spam check) and your message is delivered to my inbox by Resend, my email provider. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with advertisers or third parties for marketing.

How it is stored

Contact messages are delivered by email and retained only as long as needed to correspond with you. The site is hosted on Vercel; standard hosting and email-provider logs may retain request data for a limited period as part of their normal operation.

The tools

Verdikt and AdFlow are separate products with their own accounts and their own privacy policies. When you connect an advertising or analytics account, you do so on that product's domain under that product's policy — never on this site. This page does not request or receive any access to your Google, Meta, or GA4 accounts.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you, or delete, any contact information you've sent. Email anand@anandpathak.com and I will action it.
